The ETH MBA MTEC is designed for experienced professionals who want to take on greater leadership responsibility in a technology-driven environment. The programme primarily targets candidates with a STEM background. We assess candidates holistically — considering professional experience, academic background, motivation and leadership potential. Our goal is not to select a predefined profile, but to bring together a diverse cohort of individuals who learn from and challenge one another.
